The Kroc Center closes at 10:00 pm. Schools can arrive starting at 10:30pm and stay as late as 5:30am
The Basic Lock-In Package
Facility rental from 10:30 pm to 4:30/5:30 am
Basic Package Includes:
- Staff: Manager On Duty (1), Facilities (1), Welcome Desk Staff (1), Security Guard (1), Event Staff (1-2 depending on group size)
- Use of the Gym, Game Room, Banquet Space, and Chapel*
*Chapel use is subject to an additional hourly fee if an A/V Tech is required to assist at your event. No food or beverage is permitted in the Chapel area.
À La Carte Activities
Monday-Friday activities may be scheduled between 10:30pm and 4:30am. Saturday activities may be scheduled between 10:30pm to 5:30am. You can rent:

*Pool rentals must begin at the time of arrival between 10:30pm and 12:00am. At the time of arrival there will be a 15 minute orientation in the competitive pool area.
Food & Beverage
May be selected from our Casual Menu or Main Menu. Catering options include, but are not limited to:
- Pizza Buffet with Green or Caesar Salad
- Taco Bar (Includes hard or soft shell tacos with fixings, refried beans, and rice.)
- Pasta Buffet (2 choices of pasta, 2 choices of sauce) with Green or Caesar Salad
- Picnic Buffet (Includes hamburgers or hot dogs with fixings, chips, and a choice of potato, macaroni, or green salad)
- Each option comes with one soda or beverage and one treat guaranteed per person.
À La Carte Snacks
- Machines rent out for $25/hr and must be staffed by Kroc Center.
