GENERAL POLICIES

• All parties are subject to availability. All Kroc Center activities are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
• Each party includes 60 minute access to a private birthday party room and additional time can be added in advance, based on availability at a cost of $45 per hour, per room.
• Party rooms are equipped with tables, chairs, sink and counter space. The Cliffside Room has a view of the climbing wall, while the Beachside Room has a view of the leisure pool. Each room accommodates approximately 30 guests.
• You are welcome to bring in your own cake or cupcakes from a licensed bakery. No other outside food or beverages are allowed in The Kroc Center. Other food and beverage options are available for purchase through our food and beverage department.
• Approved table top decorations & balloons may be brought into decorate. Tacking decorations on the walls or windows is not permitted. Please no glitter or confetti.
• Guests are responsible for removing gifts, towels and personal items before the scheduled party time is over.
• The Salvation Army Kroc Center will provide you with a Birthday Party Host to assist with room set up and take down, group check in and check out and assist with needs or questions you may have during the party.
• A $65 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation.
• Cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to the party date are not eligible for a refund.
• The Kroc Center reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a party due to unforeseen emergency situations.
