20-20-20

This class combines three, 20 minute class segments into one hour of over-all fitness training. This class is designed for anyone who wants to increase their general fitness level and have fun. The segments will include a 20 minute block of cardio such as (basic step, cardio kickboxing, aerobic conditioning, or other cardio activities,) a 20 minute block of upper/lower body strength and muscle conditioning, and a 20 minute block of abs and stretching activities.

Fitness Academy – Boot Camp (Paid Class – Drop-Ins are Welcome!)

Get ready to work hard and see results fast! This class is led by a certified personal trainer who will run participants through drills ranging from sprints to weights to stretching. If you need a fast-paced, high energy, team environment in order to stay motivated, this may be the perfect class for you!

Cardio Hip Hop

Cardio Hip Hop is a class that will keep you jamming to upbeat music from R&B to Club to Pop and of course, the latest Hip Hop hits. The resulting outcome is an energetic class that teaches you the basic Hip Hop movements and technique while getting a great cardio workout! All levels are welcome.

Cardio Kickboxing

A high energy cardio kickboxing class is designed to improve stamina and strength by incorporating kickboxing moves and high intensity cardiovascular training. Punching targets are used to enhance the class. Level options allow beginners as well as more advanced exercisers to follow the challenging combinations, burn fat, release stress, & have fun!

Hard Core!

Hard Core begins with a challenging cardio segment including kickboxing, plyometrics, running and interval training. The cardio segment is followed by core training to develop well-conditioned abs, glutes, hips and low back. This powerful class will help you to define not only your core, but your entire body.

Kroc Cycling

Indoor cycling with coaching and safety cues. This program is designed to give you a great cardio workout, at your own pace. You will see a difference in your lower body strength as well as increase breath capacity. Great fat burner!

Kroc Power

This weight based, strength program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, this class is adaptable for all fitness levels. Kroc Power will help you create results!

Pilates

Pilates strengthens the muscles that support the spine (the neck, shoulders, abs, hips and thighs) to bring balance into the body. Pilates helps to realign the spine in order to decrease tension, increase flexibility, and strengthen the body from the inside out.

Pilates and Yoga Flow

This program is designed to increase your flexibility and balance as well as strengthen all your core muscles. The flow of movements are designed to help your body increase awareness in space with control.

Senior Fitness

Stay strong with this Senior workout program that’s perfect for all fitness levels. Join us for a variety of exercises that are designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and agility, and to support the skills required for your daily life activities.

Spin & Swim

This cross-training class combines land and water exercise in one class. Participants will begin in the Cycling Room to ride, then continue into the Competition Pool for some exercise. Be prepared for a challenge!

Total Body

Total Body is stretching, balance, and core intensive. This class combines step moves adaptable to anybody’s skill level. For beginners easy to learn moves and combinations will get your heart rate pumping! For moderates innovative options will increase intensity with additional weights and invigorating movements!

Turbo Kick™

Turbo Kick™ is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to enjoy the benefits of a variety of fun & motivating fitness workouts which include kickboxing, speed drills, martial arts, yoga & simple dance moves. Get ready to lift your spirits & challenge your body!

Yoga

Relax, strengthen and soothe your body and mind in this beginning to intermediate level yoga class. You will increase your flexibility and strength through various postures and breathing techniques. A perfect complement to all forms of exercise.

Zumba®

The new fitness craze that fuses Latin-based rhythms with motivating music, unique moves, and challenging combinations. Bring your energy and dance away your worries!
