The Fitness Center
Located at the South End of the building, the Fitness Center offers a weight training/exercise area that includes treadmills, elliptical, post-recovery equipment, weight machines & free weights. We also have a group exercise/dance studio that provides a variety of classes for all ages and fitness levels. And we offer training programs, like equipment instruction and developing a proper workout routine, that are available to help you get the most out of your workout.
