Men's Pick-up Basketball: This pick-up league provides the best of both worlds: the opportunity to play competitive basketball with other men while ultimately playing for yourself. Teams will be switched around each week, and a tally kept for each player's win/loss record.

Athletic Skills Development 1: Athletic Skills Development Classes will take advantage of the critical developmental stage your child is in, with a focus on coordination, balance, hand-eye and eye-foot coordination, and improved strength and agility.  Through fun and creative lesson plans, your child will also gain an understanding of group participation and teamwork, expressing and managing emotions, learning about sportsmanship, and developing self-confidence, all within a fun and positive environment, involving a variety of team sports.  "Athletes are made, not born."

Athletic Skills Development 2: These sport-specific classes will improve your child's athleticism and coordination through games and drills, similar to previous Kid's Sports Leagues, but with a sport-specific theme.  Your child will gain a better grasp and understanding of the rules, concepts, and fundamental motor skills needed to be successful in these team sports.  Based on experience, ability, and the opinion of your child's coach, the class will be divided based on age and skill.  Each session is 5 weeks long with a big game to end the season

TRACK:  Gear up for Awesome 3000 and join in this 5 week long track class!  Class will take place indoors.  A variety of track and field event fundamentals and techniques will be coached to train and prepare your young one for their future Olympic deput!

Girl's Volleyball Skills Development - Beginning & Intermediate: For girls ages 10-14, this Skills Development class is designed to prepare young volleyball players to take their knowledge to the next level.  Instruction and topics will be based upon the level that the participant signs up for.  You can sign up for the Beginning or Intermediate level.  The overall goal is to create a fun atmosphere that teaches girls the love of sport and friendly competition while advancing their skills.

Athletic Skills Development Camp for Kids


This camp would be run by a Certified Personal Trainer, this program would teach basic motor skills involved in athletics and exercise for your little ones. Focusing on coordination, footwork, and balance, this motor learning opportunity will give your child the foundation on which to build all athletic movements:
